We cook the Somali food we grew up on, every plate to order, in the bright blue truck parked in the Allstate lot on Rainier Ave S. No shortcuts, no warming trays. The rice goes in the pan when you order.
Portions come big on purpose. People split a plate, take half home, or feed a whole family from one box. Stop by any day of the week, look for the blue truck, and we will see you at the window.
